“First class assistance and friendly expert advice when I was trying to replace a mouldy carpet and underlay. Turns out rug doctor won't remove the mouldy smell and any new underlay I put down would also smell. Better to get a new carpet and underlay fitted professionally for only slightly more than the new underlay and carpet grippers! With the added benefit of saving the husband a lot of work and swearing!”
