Delivery never seems to be available and they never seem to take any online order at any time through out the day, they shouldn't advertise delivery if you do not do it!!

the place is alright but when i first set eyes on a worker there called Bryan my tummy fluttered into a million pieces. He made my day from just the friendly hello, he?s one of the most beautiful and amazing servers i've ever had the honour of meeting. He deserves a huge pay rise and promotion to manager.

Greggs is a good place for affordable drinks and snacks. The establishment is usually busy because of this. The positives are the prices. The negatives are that tables are hardly ever cleaned, and the same goes for the floors. I now no longer use this franchise in Melton Mowbray. Comparing this business with Macdonalds well for cleanliness, Macdonalds is far nicer to sit in, always clean, they employ someone to keep it that way.

Food as always is lovely, always have the chicken mayo baguette and occasionally a sausage & bean melt, no problems with food. But looking around at the tables they had not been cleaned from when previous people used them and the bin was overflowing that much rubbish was placed next to it. You had 3 members of staff working when I went in maybe one of them could have cleaned the tables and emptied the bin, there was also a big spillage of coffee or something on the floor which was there the entire time I was there and no one mopped it up. At least keep on top of the cleaning and everyone?s experience will be better

Similar experience to others; one person working till, one round the back and one doing online orders. I go in with low expectations every time and they still manage to disappoint and lower them even more. Queue is always out the door yet they never put another person on till, queue goes down very slowly and by the time you get to the counter they have always ran out of food. I tried ordering the second to last sausage bean and cheese melt and the woman doing the online orders took one of the sausage rolls that I'd just tried ordering out of the other persons hand and the other out of the counter so there weren't any left. Always unorganized and leaves me in a foul mood every time.

Massive queue 1 person working on the till 2 other staff= 1 refills and the other doing the online orders. How about turning around and working the tills and getting queue down quickly then back to other duty. Managing your staff better.

Top notch service from Aimee this morning! Place was packed, queue was long, and sausage rolls were selling faster than they could be baked. A potential for unhappy punters, but Aimee and her team kept everyone happy with light-hearted professionalism. Many thanks ?

Arrived to a busy line, only seem to be three staff on duty, they had dirty floor and tables . They charge you to sit at the tables, so please clean them! The service here is poor and staff member was rude coming out to put food. I was almost pushed out of the way as she shouted ?excuse me!? I am sure that this lady could have managed cleaning tables and keeping eye on ovens. The duplicity!

I like the bakery. They have a good selection of food for fair prices. Not the most comortable to sit though. Nevertheless absolutely recommendable.

First off I was surprised to be charged 20% extra for sitting in, never known that - server explained its because they have toilets so are a "cafe". If that is the case, I would not eat there, the tables and floor were disgusting, the bin was overflowing and by no one's standards is that state acceptable for a cafe. Never seen anything like it and I visit a lot of Greggs.
