Absolutely bloody marvellous service! Bought a secondhand phone Dec 24, the battery decided to give up the ghost! I took it back to Cex, Melton Mowbray, to see if they could recommend a repair company and it was covered by their 5 year guarantee ?
They had an identical phone in and swapped it with no problems. Can't recommend them enough, I will definitely be back!! Thanks for a first rate service!!

Shocking! Wouldn?t take the console as the controller doesn?t work but they sell them separately anyway! Then offered £20 for 4 games but wouldn?t give me cash as l had no ID your buying the games from me not the other way round!! Never heard such crap!

We went in to sell my xbox series x, they told me that it doesn't load disks doesn?t work. I came home and tried a blue ray and game and what do you know it works, i will not be going in there again

To be honest don't go here if u just want to be sold games that give u corrupted data I brought need for speed heat ps4 and I got home as soon as I put it in it came up with corrupted data so I tried again same thing tried again and again and again and it doesn't want to work because it's CORRUPTED so I'm going to take it back tomorrow DONT GO HERE IS U WANA KEEP UR CONSOLE FINE AND CORRUPTED DATA FREE

Went in to sell some electronics staff were rude and unhelpful. I asked if they could make space to put it on the cluttered counter they told me to put it on the floor. When I began getting the equipment out of the box just got rude unhelpful comments. Ended up walking out. Would much rather sell on ebay even if I don't make as much.
