I am one to always support small businesses yet when it comes to a good coffee - especially a chai latte it has to be café Nero
Always on point , to standard with lovely friendly staff
I like the fact no matter what town we go to or how dog friendly other places are i can guarantee my dog will always be welcome at cafe nero and she always gets spoilt by staff with "abit of cream "
So much so she always pulls me into a cafe nero

Flatwhite was cold (i've asked for ready-to-drink).
Gingerbread man cookie was as a rubber.
When I asked to serve a coffee in a normal cup, not in a paper one, I was told that the coffee shop closes in 30 minutes.

I use my Octoplus reward here most weeks and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Without fail, they raise a smile with their chirpiness and banter. They are a credit to their management. The drinks are always perfection too. Melton Mowbray's Caffe Nero is the best.

I really like this coffee shop so it saddens me to give it such a low rating. To be clear, I love the coffee served there, I like the cakes albeit they?re a bit pricey (and getting smaller) and the staff are always friendly and efficient. It is just that when I was there a few days ago, there were six dogs in there as well. I?m not anti dogs at all but when six dogs are in a relatively small coffee shop and at least two of them are yapping/barking, well this does not make for a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a coffee/read etc. The dogs? owners made no attempt to calm or silence them.
Sadly, I will have to find somewhere else to enjoy my coffee from now on.

It was first class, and the staff were very friendly and polite.
