The staff are always super friendly and helpful. Communication is great and they always look after you.

The opthalmologist and assistants were friendly yet professional. The optician explained everything clearly regarding the health of my eyes. I felt valued as a customer, I didn't feel pressured in my decision in fact they went the extra mile to help me make the right choice for me. The assistant showed me her daughters sunglasses so I could see what the green tint looked like with the frame I had picked. Her advice was much appreciated with going for the thin and lighter lense. I was also happy with the offers I was given on my order (half price along with scratch coating free.)

The staff were friendly, professional and reassuring. I had a particular problem with my sight and that was acted upon immediately and I have been referred to an eye clinic which has already contacted me to arrange treatment.

The eye test and advice and service were all 100% superb. The only thing that marginally spoiled the experience was the massive increase, unannounced, in the cost of the test. That came as quite a shock!
