Paul (New Kitchen Dept) did a fantastic kitchen design and was so helpful throughout the process would definitely recommend them. I think BandQ should have a QR code on each unit taking you to a video how to build them it would be easier than instructions

When my bathroom tap and pipes gave out and started spraying water everywhere three days before Christmas, I decided it was time to learn how to change a tap! Paul was amazing, he gathered all the equipment I'd need and talked me through each step of the process. Today, I successfully did it! Excellent customer service going above and beyond what was required.

Bought some spot light bulbs online and a gentleman called Rob called me saying you can get a better deal by buying packs of three. Came and approach a member of staff, who put out a call; Rob came and explained to me the situation and collected not only what I ordered but also the packs of three spot light bulbs as well. Bought them and in turn saved me £15! Hell Yh! Big shout out to Rob and the team.
