Ordered from a nearby campsite. Was meant to meet the driver at the reception and didn't see my phone ringing. Driver delivered to our tent as was worried it would go cold. Brilliant service as it was our fault for not seeing the missed calls

Always used Flames with never an issue or complaint until recently when I ordered and selected an hour delivery. This came after about 15 mins when I was on my way home from work. Again not a problem informed the driver to leave it outside, he said he couldn?t at this point I was 30 seconds away from home. I arrived home 2 minutes after the driver had rang me. I then got home and was proceeded to be lectured by the driver. He started shouting at me which I didn?t appreciate on my front door, telling me that he doesn?t work for just eat and there times aren?t accurate and he wanted to get home. Not sure why he thought this was my problem when they as a business are on just eat. I will not be ordering from them again. I apologised but he just kept going on and on. I understand he had to wait 2 mins but to lecture somebody outside there house in the dark at night is bang out of order. The food had already been paid for. Shame because we?ve always used them regularly.

Absolutely shocking £35 order waited over an hour and a half with no word of delivery went down to the shop and theyd closed not refunded the money not cancelled the order just shit shop wouldn?t recommend anymore used to be a good take away them days are surely well behind us now

All pizzas came hot with plenty of toppings on!! We had cheesy chips too which had loads of cheese on!! Absolutely amazing will definitely be ordering again soon
