Typical subway in city centre area of Leicester. Did was lovely but the member of staff was rude. She asked me if I want salad, I said no thank you she said why not it's good for you. I said I don't want it that's my preference. She said you will be sick of the dinner take salad in your subway. I didn't read the manager apologised and reprimanded the member of staff who apologised to me but that's not the point. I have my subway how I want it. Don't be telling me what to have

Utterly abysmal staff members who are clearly devoid of any training or customer care. When you accuse a customer of stealing and are then proven wrong you should apologise, not prance around acting as though you are still in the right. Learn to be humble and admit your wrongdoings. Learn the word sorry.The staff member really embarrassed herself. Naturally we won't be returning to this dumpster of a store.
