As expected for Zizzi, food is consistently good, nice atmosphere and good service. Prefer the main area, the part at the back of the restaurant can get a bit 'school' with it being a popular area for families. Pizza always delicious and you can take home anything you don't manage to eat. Good to get registered for their rewards - free main course every year on your birthday and I think you get a free prosecco for joining up. Can't grumble at that!

Food is absolutely fine but the service is terrible. Have just left the restaurant, all okay until mains, the server then gives the dessert menu and disappears never to return. After waiting for 40 mins we found someone to order my sons icecream. Icecream comes but no spoon-i get up to go find a spoon, a server hands me the bill-when i then say we need to pay with card-i then expect them to come to the table to get the card payment. Again no one comes so we go upto make the payment and the same server who had ignored us after giving the dessert menu then has the audacity to ask for a tip!!
Yes the restaurant is busy but handing someone a menu and not returning for 40 mins especially when there is a child at the table is really poor service.
