Have gone to both the Market Harborough and Rothwell shops and I have to say the outsides of both places are a disgrace. All the windows are filthy and the place is uninviting. I'm sure the staff are very good, knowledgeable and welcoming. However as a corporate chain of shops, the upper management should hold their heads in shame.

I've booked 2 flu vaccines here and arranged to be off work both times to be told the pharmacist isn't in. No phone call to let me know. Receptionist apologised both times but no reason why they didn't call to tell me my appointment was cancelled. Waste of time. I'll be booking elsewhere in future

Pre booked flu jab online- on booking told that if I cancelled less than 48hours before I would be charged. Arrived for jab to be told they had no vaccine. I understand supply difficulties but they had my contact details and didn?t bother to let me know. Their attitude was that they didn?t care and ?it wasn?t their fault?. Won?t ever use again.

We had our flu vaccinations today. Very professional, helpful and pleasant pharmacist. Will certainly use Well again.
