Have gone to both the Market Harborough and Rothwell shops and I have to say the outsides of both places are a disgrace. All the windows are filthy and the place is uninviting. I've booked 2 flu vaccines here and arranged to be off work both times to be told the pharmacist isn't in. No phone call to let me know. Receptionist apologised both times but no reason why they didn't call to tell me my appointment was cancelled. Waste of time. I'll be booking elsewhere in future

Pre booked flu jab online- on booking told that if I cancelled less than 48hours before I would be charged. Arrived for jab to be told they had no vaccine.
