Katie was fab in helping me choose glasses! They are an expensive purchase and you have to get it right! I value her honesty in finding glasses to suit my face regardless of price !, the ophthalmologist was fab too, very happy with the whole experience

Please be careful with this shop. First they sent me the wrong glasses completely then when referred for a cataract they actually referred for the wrong eye. Even after querying it with the manager he still insisted it was the correct. However, the optician was wrong and the manager. I?ve never had an apology or contact from them and having to now wait again to get my cataract to be removed.

Excellent thorough test and friendly advice from staff, had speedy response from Infirmary to your email, after laser treatment my right eye now back to normal but further scans showed small blood clots on eye and they think one near the lense burst and caused the problem and they will now monitor in the future. A big thank you to all your staff for starting the process.
