I have ordered pizzas from this place like an addict. The price is affordable and the pizza is delicious. It's piping hot, very cheesy and best with a thin crust. In my opinion, it's the best pizza place in Market Harborough.

i feel the staff at pizza direct need to go though more training espically who ever was on today after he told me i wouldn`t be getting my order due some issue (he clearly couldn`t speak english well) yet also failed to issue me a refund even after i called them several times i eventlly had to go though the Food hub and get my refund though them

I placed an order with you guys and as it states in your website you don?t close till 1:00am I placed an air der at 00:09am and plenty of time to complete and deliver the order as it was a small order and you guys cancelled my order yet still took they money I am very disappointed and unhappy with the way I was treated by the member of staff I spoke to I will not be using your services again

Ordered on the app. Pizza was delivered hot & fresh within about 25-30 minutes so not too bad. Polite delivery driver. All the food was really tasty and better presented than another major brand that also operate in Mkt Harboro?. Very impressed so far with my experience of Papa Johns. Long may it continue.

Been going to this place for years and I've never had a problem with them until tonight... Let's just say there attitude towards customers stinks ..and they have lost a long time customer... And it was the only take out my daughter would eat from... But not no more.... Work on your customer service
