Was in Harborough today and just popped into Superdrug to get my usual beauty products as I was in need. All was going completely fine until I went on over to the checkouts. As I got to the checkouts I was not very nicely greeted my a girl with brown hair that was in a low ponytail who looked like she was in her late teens or early 20?s wearing a pink Superdrug jacket. She had a face like a slapped behind which immediately makes me feel unwelcome. She said, with no expression, how there was a 3 for 2 deal on all make up products and said if i would like to get one for thing to be a part of the deal. I said ?yes I might be a while?, with a friendly laugh and she gave me a dirty look as if she thought I was mad. I went and got my final product for the 3 for 2 deal and went back to the tills. As I got back to the till she looked at me and walked off therefore I was served by another lady who can actually understand what customer service is. She looked over and gave me a dirty look which was not needed at all. This isn?t the first time I have come into this Superdrug and was served by her with the same attitude. The first time I thought she was having a bad day but seeing as it?s not just been the once i really wouldn?t say that?s the case. I?m confused at this point how she works in retail with no customer service at all. She need to fix her attitude and start to make her customers feel welcome. This is one of my favourite Superdrug?s but if the customer service continues like this then it?s safe to say you?ve lost a customer.

Staff and management followed me and my children around the store like we were shoplifters. Whispering to each other about us into their headsets. Not a welcoming environment at all. Made for a very unpleasant shopping experience . Not all customers want to come and steal your cheap make up. Won?t be returning.

Chris stood near the front doors decided my husband was a suspicious person, so when my husband got to the till point with the 2 items he wanted the till operator used the headset to let him know that he had come to the tills. So if you wear anything other than the standard tweed and cords in Market Harborough don't bother going to superdrug as clearly you must be up to no good.

Always receive a warm welcome from Ollie at the Market Harborough store when he is on shift. He is always happy to help and friendly, and always has time for a little chat. Never had any issues in the store when i've visited. Plus, they do NHS discount! Yay!

Encountered a very rude middle aged superdrug employee yesterday at the Market Harborough outlet.As he was stooped over a shelf and his uniform and badge werent apparent I courteously asked if he was an employee.Before he stood up he tipped his badge upwards and looked at it as if to check.I'm sure he thought that it was hugely funny but its very sad for customer relations because it cost Superdrug a good customer.Never be a candidate for the employee of the month. Retraining due perhaps?.

I always use the Superdrug in Market Harborough as I find this store has better stock of everything. I also generally find their staff is helpful apart from this particular young miss working in the store on the afternoon of 10th May. I went to this store to collect my parcel, first of all, she?s not interested in what help I need, secondly her face looks like I owe her loads of money. Based on her unwelcome attitude I was not particularly happy so I didn?t greet her, she then started to talk ridiculously. I do hope their shop has a camera so all of this can be recorded. I have never experienced this kind of situation in Boots store in Market Harborough. I want to ask Superdrug, as a customer do I really need to beg your service? ?By the way, I am an Asian, I don?t want to bring this up, but I saw another review had similar problems and she?s an Asian.

I was helped by a verry enthusiastic boy the week before last who really went above and beyond to help, always loved this store all the staff seem to be having a really nice time I don?t think I?ve ever been in there where someone wasn?t singing !!

Good store and products but was served at the weekend by an incredibly rude young guy with blond hair. I?ve seen him in store before where I also witnessed really poor behaviour from him. The young girls in there are pleasant but in future if I see the young guy in there I won?t go in.

Tried to ask older man, with balding hair and glasses, where a product was, I asked him a couple of times, he acted as though he hadn?t heard me, I was standing right beside him, when he did hear me he made no eye contact and carried on what he was doing, I said don?t worry I?ll ask someone else, only then did he speak, by then it was obvious I was disturbing him, so I told him not to bother, I went to the till and asked a young girl, Kate or Katie for some help, she was lovely, and nothing was too much trouble, thank you Katie.

The lady who might be the assistant manager of the MH store, I've noted now over several occasions, is what I can only describe as subtly racist. I'm an Asian and I've noticed when she's at the counter, she will be super friendly to the people ahead of me like really nice and sweet and then when it gets to me, her tone gets derogatory and abrupt. The first few times it happened, I put it down to moodiness. But now it's every time she's at the counter, I face the same treatment.Unacceptable and shame on you SuperDrug!!!There are some young staff there that are nice, polite and friendly and I really like the SuperDrug stores but I am going to have to rethink if I ever want to go to this store again.
