Poor customer service generally. issues with no one picking up the phone, then you leave a message and no one returns your call. Tried to list our property with them, two weeks after completing the identity forms, checks and questionnaire, still not listed. Spoke to another agent and was live on Rightmove within 48 hrs. I will avoid from now on.

Poor service - twice we rang about a property and were told somebody would ring us back and they never did. They also never contacted us for feedback when we visited another property.
