Disappointed service and poor attitude from servers, all of whom spent too much time talking to their friends in the queue instead of making drinks for the customers. I appreciate it can be busy but waited over 10 mins after ordering to take away and had to ask again if they had forgotten it.

Why won?t you accept cash? Cash is still legal tender in this country. Is it Starbucks? intention to exclude people of a certain age who don?t pay for every single thing with their phone?

It was very nice , tho every time we go there seems to be no matcha . If we are just going at the wrong time I don't know but other than that it was very enjoyable. A lot of seating and not too busy . Outdoor seating as well. Would recommend:)

Shocking!! - today 14th August 2024 we visited, well to start with we were told the dishwasher was broken?! So we had our drinks in paper cups, and our cake in a bag, which doubled up as a plate!! Really do you not have running water a sink and some washing up liquid?? Then to top it off both the toilets were out of order!! What a shambles won't be rushing back.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would....I am deeply disappointed with the new manager at the Market Harborough branch of Starbucks. My recent experiences have been nothing short of appalling. Firstly, despite the advertised opening time of 7am, the manager consistently keeps customers waiting outside for up to 15 minutes after opening. This blatant disregard for punctuality is unacceptable.Furthermore, the customer service provided under this manager's leadership is abysmal. It is truly shocking how someone with such poor interpersonal skills and lack of professionalism could be appointed as a manager. It boggles the mind.As a previously loyal customer of this branch, I am now forced to take my business elsewhere. I strongly advise others to do the same. It is clear that the quality of service has deteriorated significantly under the new management.To add insult to injury, I have noticed a disturbing trend of fluctuating prices at this branch. On different occasions, I have been charged varying amounts for the exact same order, with no explanation provided. When I raised this concern with the manager, her response was dismissive and unhelpful, simply stating "price increase day." This level of inconsistency and lack of transparency is utterly unacceptable.In conclusion, Starbucks management must address these issues promptly before they lose any more customers. It is evident that the Market Harborough branch is in dire need of competent leadership and improved customer service practices.

Nice drinks and good service, but every time I visit this Starbucks I can?t believe how dirty it is. If there is a cleaner they can?t do anything. Just needs a really good deep clean. But apart from that it?s your normal global coffee chain.

2nd day on the bounce the printer for online orders isn't working. First day they never said it wasn't working, waited 15 minutes before being asking what the delay was to be told by the young guy to join the back of the queue. No apology. Waiting in the queue again today. Terrible service and the coffee is average anyway, wouldn't be here if garage bakehouse was open on a sunday. Shocking customer service
