Disappointed service and poor attitude from servers, all of whom spent too much time talking to their friends in the queue instead of making drinks for the customers. I appreciate it can be busy but waited over 10 mins after ordering to take away and had to ask again if they had forgotten it.

There was water or cleaning products on the plate that sunk into my food didn't not bother to clean it then got onto my Christmas brownie
