The staff members were lovely and polite.
They explained everything that was being done, why and what the results of my tests meant.

Usually my regular opticians however for the past two years the service, prescriptions and quality of glasses have been awful. Last year I thought it was a one off. Terrible quality for expensive Boss frames, had to go back three times as the screws holding the temple in place kept breaking. Refused to swap over and kept trying to repair. This year thought would give them another chance. Incorrect prescription. And on one of the tests where you press a button when you see a dot I missed almost every dot. The lady testing me told the optician about this and I was told not to worry as ?this isn?t an important test?! After I received my glasses, when I explained that they made reading blurry they told me that my eyes would get used to it. Refused to acknowledge that the prescription was incorrect. In fact they argued that I was wrong. I asked to speak to a manager and was then told that I need ?mid distance? glasses - never been told this before. When I went to collect my glasses again I was told to try them on and literally pushed out of the door. Still not happy but definitely won?t be going there again.

Very professional team for my eye test. Seen on time, very efficient, reassuringly knowledgeable and proactive. Even though I didn't need new glasses I felt very well cared for and was given plenty of useful information about my eyesight.
