Scott has to be one of the most patient, professional and conscientious PTs around. At the top of his game, considerate to all ages and abilities but with the persistence needed to always push you towards your goals. At times sessions may be hard, but Scott remains a pleasure to be trained by and can only warrant 5* rating - thank you for helping me get started and may the journey continue

Scott possesses a wealthy knowledge pool on all matters strength/muscle related, with additional knowledge on everything concerning and pertaining to the nutritional benefits of maintaining a healthy diet in accordance with a well-balanced and rigorous training program; the combinations of such suits all levels of comfortability ? whether you?re a complete beginner or of an intermediate level.
Would unreservedly recommend to anyone out there who is looking to minimise inefficiencies in their diet/training yet maximise their potential both in the aspects of the physical and the mental.
