Fine in branch, but opening hours are so limited you cannot use it as someone with a job. Not open at all on Saturday mornings and closes at 3pm in the week - how can anyone who works get there?

Was in the harborough branch and spoke to a very helpful guy, umah, ( apologies if it is spelt incorrectly ) he was still training but did a fantastic job to provide a high quality service and sorted out our account in no time. Thanks again!

Trying to contact a human being Santander in general is a nightmare. One cannot even talk to a branch nowadays. They continually direct you to the annoying digital chat line bot called Sandi who can't answer anything but the simplest of questions and sends you round in ever decreasing circles by referring you to the "website". We have already failed to find the answer via that route THAT IS WHY WE ARE TRYING TO TALK TO SOMEONE!.

What is the point of having a physical Santander in Market Harborough, when it's never open. The cash machine doesn't work. Now having to use the post office which is fine, but that has shrunk in size, and it's always so busy. Rant over!! ?

What has happened to Santander? Apart from weekly emails about investments which I don't need, more to the point, when is the MH Branch going to be open? If it closes, I'm off and my precious investments with me.

Good branch in Market Harborough with helpful staff but for some time it's been hard to know the opening hours. Details are put in the window at short notice; then handwritten alterations are shown and the doors are locked. It feels as if the branch is being run down by stealth.

If you are going to have reduced hours (when it?s not closed!!) can you please make sure all the facilities on the outside cashpoint work.I am getting fed up of either the bank closed for one excuse or another or the cash point is not offering all facilities.How about more cash points outside?SincerelyA not happy long serving customer on the brink of leaving you.

Very rarely open even before Covid happened.Even the cash machine outside doesn't often want to do what it is supposed to do.Example no receipt paper, no cash/cheque deposits & no £10 notes.When the branch is open there's only ever x1 member of staff who always comes across like they want to take their time as long as possible.

Worked at the Kettering branch for many years then was moved to this one. I left due to anxiety and stress fuelled by the job. The management had no compassion or understanding of the mental health of their staff even when it was highlighted and explained. Didn't care about dealing with customers and if anyone complained in branch their number would be deleted so if they got a call about service it wouldnt effect the branch bonus. It was always about goals and targets and looking good to the big bosses. Young managers with too much attitude and very little people skills and an obsession with paperwork and action plans. I'm so much happier as now i run my own successful business, work less hours, earn more and get appreciated for everything I do. I just look back and smile to myself and thank God I'm out of there.

Just been to the all new Santander in Market Harborough. Dealt with at the counter by the branch manger. Blonde lady, I think her name was Gemma. Incredibly patronising in her tone and unhelpful in her action. Not a good combination Santander.
