Went to purchase an item asked for manager who we knew only to be he his on holidays. Asked for assistance on the item and mentioned he would know about this item being the existence staff !! How wrong was don't think so was the reply! One's apologies were given for fetching him from his lunch break!! to help a regular customer to purchase an item .A other young man was helpful at the purchase stage.Remember when Julie was there found her and Graham very very helpful had standards and proffeslism. Of which other team members should have to all customers. Only gave 1 Mark because the shop was open .The above needs looking into ASAP.

Terrible customer service after providing the wrong items on an order, wastes 10 days of our time and despite promising to arrange replacements, nothing turns up and the staff couldn?t really care less by saying there is nothing they can do..
