I am so grateful to Beth at the Market Harborough store. I had to last minute find a dress for a wedding (as another major online retailor let me down) I called ahead to the shop to see if they had dresses suitable for a wedding guest. Beth put aside a wide range for me and when I arrived she looked after me so well.
It felt like she had all the time in the world for me, we tried on so many dresses, she paired them with shoes and I found the perfect dress.
What started as a chaotic morning was saved by Beth :) Thank you!

The staff in this Phase Eight store are extremely friendly and go above and beyond with their customer service and advice. I have had my eye on a dress for a while and decided to try it on. It was a bit long but was advised that the dress came in a petite size, they did not have one in stock but looked on line then also at alternative stores. There was one available in the UK. They contacted the branch and had it put by for me. I then called later to pay for the dress. I am looking forward to wearing the dress at my sons wedding. Thank you so much to the staff in this store.

My wife and I turned up Saturday 18th of May to a wedding in the nearby Three Swans, with 30mins to spare my wife realised she lad left her dress at home, the lady who helped us could not have been more of a godsend, she found the perfect dress in the size and style required, steamed it and it was even half price which was not expected! We would like to thank the lady with the dark long hair for exceptional service and also the other staff who were very friendly and also helpful! 10/10!!!!

Phase Eight is a great store in Market Harborough with friendly staff and a beautiful selection of clothing.
Bridget was amazing as a personal stylist, listening to all my requests as ?Mother of the Groom.? I needed two separate outfits for my son?s July wedding in France and Bridget encouraged me to try on several garments, making sure I felt comfortable in the chosen styles. She listened to my ideas on colour and helped me choose two beautiful and flattering outfits for the celebrations, right down to matching kitten heels. Thank you Bridget for being so friendly, supportive and kind?.you?re a star! ?

I can't rate Phase Eight in Market Harborough enough. Beth, Mel, Bridgette and all the staff are so kind and helpful. They are always so happy to help and advise. My husband often goes in with our sausage dog, Jack, and Beth & the ladies assist him in surprising me with an outfit. It is always a happy experience visiting the store. My favourite shop by far and will continue to visit frequently ?

I was so fortunate to have Bridget come to my assistance in Phase Eight at Market Harborough. She listened to my needs as 'Mother of the Bride' and went above and beyond my expectations to support me during a couple of visits. Her skills as a dresser, empathy, compassion and energy gave me the confidence that I'm going to feel great in my chosen outfit. Can't thank you enough, Bridget. You are a special lady.

Beth gave me light in my dark week, truly looked after me, making me feel special by serving me a glass of Prosecco and bringing me dresses that would suit me whilst I sat down due to my injured ankle. Ending up buying 2 dresses I would have otherwise ?hobbled? past. She would make a perfect personal shopper or councillor, thank you for listing to me and making me smile for the first time since my personal bad news. You are amazing.

Great service today by the lovely Jenny. Bought a dress last week for a wedding & graduation in November. When I took it out of the wardrobe at the weekend, a button fell off. I took it back to the shop today (I?m not very good at sewing ?) and Jenny immediately offered to sew it back on for me while I went for lunch. Above and beyond. Thank you Jenny

I was directed to this branch from my local Phase Eight because they had a wider selection. I bought my entire outfit here (accessories and shoes incl) but that's not why I've taken the time to write this review, it's because of the outstanding customer service. Alice was attentive, accommodating and polite. I don't live in the area but I will be returning. I am a first time customer sure to be a life long one. Thank you!
