My two grandchildren had a great time at the Pets at Home workshop. Huge thanks to Josh who was so knowledgeable and answered all their questions. The kids got to hold the small animals, learned how to feed them etc and then learned about the various fish and fed them. Thanks for a great workshop Josh!

I had a fantastic experience at the dog grooming section of Pets at Home. The staff were absolutely lovely?friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. They remembered my dog?s name, took the time to discuss the grooming style in detail, and made sure both of us felt at ease. Great local pet store with friendly and helpful staff - it?s our dog Teddy?s favourite place to visit (after the park!). We?re always greeted with a smile and help offered where needed, particular shout out to Carys who is super helpful and engaging and helped us recently when we wanted to buy a new dog harness and were unsure of the fit. Teddy?s favourite parts of the store are the balls section and also the pick n mix biscuits!

We visited Market Harborough and bought a new guinea pig setup for the kids. The staff went above and beyond particularly a guy called Jared. The hutch was easy to build and good quality. Very pleased thank you .

As always the amazing, happy, respectful and helpful staff are amazing. I am pretty disabled but every member of staff go above and beyond to help me, from finding what I need, checking through my account to find any discounts available and taking my bigger shops to my car. This is NOT a one-off experience, it's literally EVERY experience for which I thank each and every one of them. Thank you guys, you are amazing ?

Brought 2 rats month ago, wasn?t told how old they was , 1 has passed away within a month? try to speak to someone in store and they was rude and didn?t care just said do it online for complaint? they had trouble getting the rats out in to a box aswell and they was very wild and would bite! cleary don?t care about these animals they have in store but sell them for money!!!

Just bay same food for my cat with my partner the girl at the till take my partner phone looked at his adress and details and done a fake account to get 10% for cat food but I find it very disrespectful that she try flirt on front of me right looking on his phone about all his details including adress and phone number emails ect I supose if was any of other woman's with partner in the shop that just look in front of you as all the details of yr partenr adress and details don't think you was happy!

Why does this branch close at 7pm during the week when all other local branches are open to 8pm??????
There were a number of other people turned away like us, all expecting the store to be open until 8!! We were desperate to get a specific dog food!!

We recently bought two gorgeous Guinea pigs and Jared helped us with all of the details . He spent a lot of time with us and helped us take a closer look at the piggies. Literally it was love at first sight for my daughter with the now named Squiggle below. We also took Doodle with us too !
Jared was soooo knowledgeable and spent a good hour explaining everything to us and best routines and what we would need for them initially.
Rachel (I hope I got that right !) was also amazing letting my daughter pet the rats and she was also so knowledgeable having had piggies growing up
I would recommend anyone to use this store as they really do genuinely care about animals going to a good home and can really help you!
