We were very impressed with the service provided by Amy. She was very knowledgeable about the house when we first viewed it and gave us space and time to ask questions. Amy followed up on all our enquiries during the process and helped us during a couple of tricky negotiations, which we really appreciated. She maintained her cool, calm and professional demeanour even when things got a bit stressful for us, keeping things moving smoothly and swiftly. She is a gem!!!

Amy was amazing throughout our purchase! We are first time buyers who didn't really know what we were doing, but Amy not only explained things in an easy to understand step-by-step manner she also constantly checked in with us and the conveyors to make sure things were moving along as they should. We used Oscar James to buy a property which is due for completion Friday 20th May.Top service received,Excellent communication and superb knowledge about all aspects of the steps towards our new house. We couldn?t have asked for a better company to be part of helping us with our first house purchase.Throughout our journey to completion of our house purchase staff member: ?Lois Kenny? helped us tremendously we wouldn?t have had a completion date in the next 2 days from writing this review without her assistance .Very professional in all communications we had, Great response times when we needed help from her or had any question and there was never an email she didn?t respond to same day. We kept Lois in all our emails with the solicitors and our mortgage broker so Lois knew everything that was happening and the how things was progressing she was an excellent help when things began to slow down on the solicitors side and soon got the ball rolling again in a flash. We don?t know what we would have done without her.We would definitely recommend Oscar James and especially Lois Kenny from Oscar James to a friend for her to assist them in a future purchase of a property or to sell their property.
