The staff here are great, excellent customer service. Problem is the new, restricted opening! Being closed on Monday makes no sense to me, especially as it's closed on Wednesdays already! Tuesday morning is a nightmare for customers (and staff), with long queues and waiting times, compared to normal.It's very hard on the staff but we as customers deserve better than this from NBS.

Since the closure of this branch two days a week waiting times have been ridiculous.On two visits I have had to leave because my parking time has been up before I was served. It?s very disappointing and many other people are saying the same.

I have been with the Nationwide for over 40 years, since it was first known as the Anglia Building Society. Having used Internet Banking for the last 15 to 20 years, virtually all transactions can be carried out through this without stepping inside your local Branch. There's very little or no difference between this Building Society and one of the big High Street Banks when it comes to Internet Banking. If you happen to stumble across one or two niggling problems which cannot be resolved over the Internet Bank, resulting in a visit to the Branch, I have found that the Customer Service is a little below par.
