Booked appointment as ear blocked with wax. Put drops in ear for 1 week. Went to Mistrys today. I was a bit worried. Made very welcome. Didn't need to worry. Wax painlessly removed. Thank you Sanjay

I had been suffering a blocked ear canal for over a week - dosing it with olive oil to loosen the wax but nothing was moving. I looked for local treatment services and found Mistrys Pharmacy in Market Harborough, made an appointment online and got in the next day.Everything on time and great supportive treatment from Sanjay who explained fully all the possible symptoms and treatments.The process was quick and immediately effective.There was a queue of people in the waiting room when I left and if they had the same great service from Sanjay then they would have left very happy with no hesitation about going back with any future problems.

The customer service is excellent here. I came in with my partner to have our travel vaccinations as getting them at the doctors was proving difficult. Rakesh and Sanjay went above and beyond to ensure we got all of the required vaccinations, even during a national shortage of the rabies vaccine. Really genuine people who treated us brilliantly. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you!

This very morning I went into Mistry,s because I had an ear infection, I was seen almost immediately my ears were both examined and the infection was found in my right ear and anti biotics prescribed and supplied, The service I received was excellent

Excellent service. Would highly recommend! I have been to the pharmacy with a minor injury (2nd degree burns) and was treated brilliantly. More recently I took my daughter who had an ear infection and they were fantastic. Prescribed antibiotics, kind and friendly, no need to book in and perfect for a full time working parent who can?t get a doctors appointment. Lovely people!

Great service from pharmacist Raks at Mistrys today. Rather than take up a GP or urgent care centre appointment I popped in for a prescription for a UTI. I was taken into a private consultation room so no discussing anything on the shop floor. It was very quick, very simple and I left with the prescription I needed. All inside of 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again if needed.

I highly recommend this family-run pharmacy for seasonal vaccinations. Booking system via the website was clear and quick. The visit was a cheerful, professional, and reassuring experience. Sanjay was most efficient, polite, and very helpful.
