I placed order on line and needed early delivery for wedding gift . Lady from store called me and advised she could deliver straight away. She called me and advised I had given wrong delivery address. I checked and then gave correct address. Order then delivered to our friends correct address ????????Fantastic customer service. First time at this Majestic and it won't be the last. Thomas was very helpful and knowledgeable. Helping us pick up some old favourites and new discovery's to try. He took the time to show us around, gave me a sample to try and printed out tasting notes for the wines we purchased. Excellent!

This is by far the best way to buy wine! Really friendly and knowledgeable staff offering advice on wines to suit taste and budget. Tasting is usually on offer which adds to the experience.

This is the best way to buy wine. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are comparable to any supermarket. The advantage of majestic is that you are rarely sold a bad bottle and, if you are, no problem in replacing it.
