Awful wait time. Staff happy to do nothing while 1 person tends to the queue of 6 or 7 people waiting. Been here a good 20 minutes and am only half way through the line.

Could not complete the online application and been advised by Lloyds website to go to the nearest branch. Went to the branch and didn't get further assistance. The gentleman at the counter said their system is not working and asked us to try again with their WiFi. If the Website is down why advise to try again? Not helpful!

In mid-April 2021 needed to re-activate a Lloyds TSB current account that had been dormant for twenty years. One visit to the Market Harborough branch with the necessary documents was all it took.The staff bent over backwards to sort it out (the computers were struggling on the day) and asked me to leave it with them rather than wait. After a day, it was all up and running again, just as they promised.In these difficult times, I'm delighted with the service I received from them. Thanks very much folks. One happy plumber!

The cashier had a dreadful attitude i was treated so badly that i rang their helpline & made a formal complaint ! needless to say i will be leaving Lloyds very soon & it's back to the Halifax for me !
