Needed a last minute tyre change on our car that was towing a caravan and we had to put space saver on due to a blow out.
Got to Kwik fit just after 3.30pm on a Sunday when they were supposed to close at 4pm.
The guys bent over backwards to help us and would have been willing to stay past closing if necessary but got done just before 4pm.

Just wanted to say what great service I had from Kwik Fit Market Harborough! I didn?t get the chaps name (wore a cap and glasses) but he fitted me in even though it was a busy Saturday, took the screw out my tyre and mended it. Really great, friendly quick service.

Booked in for new tyre on Sunday at 10 am. I was Amazed that all it was, the valve was faulty. Been before I certainly would recommend kwik Fit, they were brilliant.

Normally I wouldn?t choose to use Kwik Fit Market Harborough, despite it being on my doorstep for many years due the poor attitude I?ve always experienced on past visits. However, due to my current car lease deal I?m required to use Kwik Fit for tyre replacement. Well it came as no surprise this time round, as when I visited I was greeted by the manager and I politely asked if my tyres could be checked for wear, but it was like had asked something totally unreasonable, saying he was to busy. But after a little convincing him he begrudgingly checked my tyres, which did need changing. He took my details and booked me in and gave me the appointment time. Fast forward to the day of fitting, I arrived at the agreed time and was greeted by the same Manager again. When I gave him my booking details, it came as a shock to him and also couldn?t find me on the system, almost like I?d been forgotten. Anyway, I said I could leave the car with him all day if it helped and asked did they have the tires that he said he was going to order. To which he said he?d go and check. He came back and said leave it with us it will be fine. I went back mid afternoon only to be told there?s a problem, when I asked what the problem was, he said using his words ?some idiot has fitted your tyres to someone else?s car?. so basically he hadn?t ordered them or checked they were there or even booked me in. So I?ve now got waste more time getting car down to them again, only to experience the same warm welcome they always give. Kwik fit are beyond useless, customer facing service is disgraceful along with the general service.

Fantastic, professional work by Tony and team. Not pre-booked but able to fit me in on a Sunday afternoon when busy. Had a flat tyre in the morning went to Kwik-Fit able to replace the tyre as not able to repair due to location. Advised on other work which needed doing and issues. Some of this work was able to be done during the same appointment. All well explained and the shown issues. Very pleased with the whole experience. Top work. Thank you. Would recommend.

There were a few problems with my order no fault of the staff. As a compromise I opted for a more expensive tyre as the one causing problems would have been problematic if put back on. The branch manager was great and I would definitely go back. He wasn?t pushy for sales but gave sound advice

Fantastic experience at Kwik Fit Market Harborough, the manager Tony B went above and beyond to make sure we got the 4 tyres we needed for our car to pass its MOT that afternoon! Booked a brake check in a panic on Sunday; had my car back with new discs and pads Monday afternoon, plus some advice on things I hadn't spotted! Really great guys on the team, super friendly, honest and incredibly efficient. Really pleased with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
