Customer service was amazing, lovely range of clothes and sizes. Changing rooms were also lovely and they were very accommodating of our large greyhound. Definitely recommend!

Do not buy their clothes ! They represent 30 day free returns.I bought a raincoat and needed to return since it was sized wrong and very big .It cost $80 without tax .They qualify free return that the customer has to pay shipping back to England .This cost $50. Shipping to England is expensive .They are a scam .Don't buy from the us.they should not sell in the us if it cost almost the same to return then the purchase price.Beware of fraud!

Posted here as it's listed as their head office. Bought an xmas present with next day delivery in plenty of time. Two weeks later it still hasn't arrived. Not replied to my emails. I guess it's going to be a credit card charge-back next.
