Appalling customer service with generic responses and absolutely no desire to resolve your complaint. Really shoddy products. Had their wellies which have split down the side and across the top after only around 20 wears. Attempted several times to speak to someone about whether they feel this is acceptable for boots that aren't even cheap and they genuinely don't care

Appalling customer service from this company, they have had my money for over 2 months for an item that was returned (incorrect item sent!!!) lost count of the number of emails, chats, and phone calls. Still not resolved. Hopefully someone from the pre migration team is calling me back before the end of the day, won't hold my breath!

I purchased a pair of ladies boots online, coastal navy, after a year of light use the rubber started to separate near the sole. Not worth the money.Avoid buying this product.

Joules customer service is extremely disappointing/none-existant. On the 13th May I joined a 'live' chat and after waiting for some time when I was 8th in line I was asked to leave my message and e-mail address and someone would get back to me. On the same day I received an automated e-mail stating someone would get back to me with me within 4 working days. Still waiting, have chased up answer on several occasions and keep getting same automated reply. They do not deserve a star rating but to get your review to have enter one!!!

I am disgusted with the quality of service from Joules. They do not respond to multiple emails.They do not allow you cancel orders mistakenly placed only minuets earlier, causing you an unnecessary trip to the post office.This company has a fast descending level of care for its buyers. I will not purchase another item from them as long as i live.I hope people like myself refuse this company's dreadful service and look elsewhere.

I have shopped at a few Joules shops; Metro Centre, Morpeth and other places and always have found the ladies working in your shops really lovely. It?s nice to have good customer service as many shops are so poor at it. Keep up the good work.PS. Love Joules products.

Accident.When visiting the Worcester branch on Sunday 18th July I had a fall.After picking myself up a young lady came over to ask if I wanted a chair.!! I said I had fallen over the large step and her reply was we have been on to the council about it. This tells me I am not the first person to do this !!!The young lady went off never to be seen again.I thought you had to fill out an accident report for any member of staff or customer. Today I called the store talked to Tom the manager who said oh they must have forgotten. But didn't seem bothered when I pointed out it's a legal requirement.Cross beyond wordsCharlotte WilsonToday

I bought a cardigan 4 weeks ago. It is a lovely long warm one which I was so happy to wear. Unfortunately although I have only worn it at home and only now and again it has bobbled all over. I am so disappointed as it was not a cheap purchase.
