Today went and paid 75£ for my car full wallet.on Return car was full of dust on carpet.we were told that they washed stains with shampoo but when we checked there was still dust on it ,means were not washed or shampooed .
When we tried to speak then me. Just walked away.
Do not use this place again.
Rubbish service .
I have made an online complaint let?s see.

I want her to wash my car today. He doesn't wash my car properly; mosI would like her to wash my car today, as he does not clean it properly. I usually take care of most of the cleaning myself when I return home, but he tends to leave for the next customer when he finishes.

They used to be a lot better. Used today and the pre wash didn't conpletely remove dead insects on the windscreen or front of the car

Went this morning and paid for the ultra HD option, thinking I would get great results. The car itself looks good but unfortunately there still is quite a lot of dirt to clean considering the price. I don't think I will use it again.

Usually have a good experience here but went in and asked for an express (15 min) valet and was turned away even though there was 1h 45m until closing time and nobody else behind me, member of staff seemed offended that I?d ask and was rude for the remainder of time before I went into the machine. Lower standards than usual

Absolutely Incredible Service!Was just pulling up to have a car wash and my daughter was unfortunately sick in the car. The guys couldn't have been more helpful! They have us cloths to wipe things down, offered to powerwash the child car seat for us, and gave us a free air freshener! Such a brilliant bunch of lads!
