They found us a buyer swiftly, but their expertise really kicked in when the sale began to falter in the final few weeks and the chain was at risk of collapsing. We have been supported by Greta from Henderson Connellan Market Harborough for the past couple of months. Moving from London we don?t know the town very well or the areas! However Greta who has been showing us around several properties has provided us with a wealth of information, both regarding the properties as well as the areas. I viewed and offered on a house in Market Harborough via Shannon at Henderson Connellan. The whole process was extremely smooth and I found Shannon to be professional, friendly and very helpful. Once the sale was agreed, I then dealt with Abby who progressed the sale. Abby was absolutely amazing! She kept me informed at all stages, was extremely understanding and efficient from start to finish. I always felt happy and comfortable speaking to her and she made me feel reassured on many occasions! Overall I would thoroughly recommend Henderson Connellan as an estate agent. Cannot praise them highly enough. Special thanks has to go to Abby. People forget that the tricky part of selling a house is moving it from exchange to completion and there is none better at this than Abby and convinced without her skill we wouldn't have ever moved. We have recently bought a property through Henderson Connellan and cannot recommend the service highly enough.After our original chain had fell apart, we found another suitable property with Henderson Connellan. From the first viewing, Greta and Shannon were on it (and honest). We wanted a quick transaction as our buyer was waiting for us to secure an onward and with Greta and Shannon's help, we were ready to exchange contracts just THREE WEEKS after agreeing the purchase price.Communication is everything in a property transaction and both replied to our calls and emails so promptly in order to keep the process moving along at pace.We cannot thank you enough for helping us secure our new home!

Selling a house can be a very stressful process, so much is out of your control. Before putting our house on the market, we spoke to a few different estate agents - Henderson Connellan stood out from the start.This feeling continued through the viewings (where each member of the team was so knowledgable on our property, which can only put the potential buyer at ease), and the sale process (which sadly for us faltered at the last hurdle the first time).Nothing was ever too much and even at the most stressful points, we felt reassured that everything was being taken care of.The whole team are great but we have to give a particular mention to Shannon, Holly, and the wonderful Abby.
