When into greggs this morning 7/6/22 for some lovely breakfast, which ended up ruining my morning and my partners, I had gone in and asked for a bacon and egg bap, a breakfast baguette with egg and a sausage roll, I was being served by a trainee, he first made a egg bap and then proceeded to make some other type of bap, when he passed me the egg bap I said ?is that with bacon?? I excused the first mistake because he was training, then when I re told him why my order was, we made the bacon and egg bap, and then went on to make a Egg baguette and I said to him as he was making ? that with sausage and bacon, yes?? And he looked at me and said ? no. You wanted egg.? again I repeated my order ?I said I would like a bacons and egg bap, and a breakfast baguette with egg? he then proceeded to become ruder than he was already being ? you want egg with sausage and bacon?? He replied with disgust on his face, I couldn?t believe he was being so rude, another member of staff came to help him and I agin reputed my order and then both faced away from me and started talking and he started shaking his head, and then proceeded to throw my food at me, I was not happy at all!!! I wouldn?t have been bothered if he hadn?t had been so rude to me.

Hi I work at Wilkinson and I went to Greggs yesturday and the young gentlemen that served with was brilliant and outstanding and he gave a service with a smile would definitely recommended Greg's market Yarborough and will be going again
