Fantastic service - dealt with Tom and then when I came back in store I dealt with Lima. I have been in many phone shops over the years and at times it can be hassle, this was hassle free, they both really knew the products and tariffs and I will be recommending them to anyone!

I visited the store with my mother to inquire about a new phone contract for her, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The quote we received was significantly higher than expected, and when we asked for clarification, the staff member was unresponsive and dismissive. Despite specifically asking for details about available data plans, we were repeatedly told that only an unlimited plan was available, which didn?t meet our needs.
Feeling unsatisfied, we left and later found the exact same phone online with EE for £40 less per month and with a more suitable data plan.
This discrepancy, along with the unhelpful service, has left me feeling that the company is not upfront with its offerings and could mislead customers. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this store.

Three months straight go into store to pay bill as issues with direct debit. Every time they can never seem to sort direct debit. Takes forever in store, they vanish out the back and leave you waiting or simply call a number you could call yourself and pass you over to someone on the phone. What is the point in having a store with staff if they can't seem to sort any issues let alone paying a bill and setting up a direct debit.
Staff member changed halfway through waiting with another couple being told they need to wait as now dealing with me when they were literally sat with them when I entered.
Poos experience every single time I come in store.

Phenomenal service at the local market Harborough branch, they helped me with my renewal and also sorted my EE broadband transition. They copied my phone over and were super kind and helpful! Couldn?t rate them any higher if I tried! Well done team!

Why is nothing just simple and easy. The phone didn't arrive for 3 weeks. Got told some ridiculous story when asked why it took so long. Then Perk codes were not added and I had to sort it out. Customer after care is awful.

i went in looking for a good deal on the i phone 15 in pink and that is exactly what i got. Lima was really friendly and made our experience in the store really easy and simple. she also made us laugh which is a plus! especially when buying something i have no idea about :)

Went in today to get my girlfriend's contract upgrade and came out with an upgrade and an Xbox series S and cheaper WiFi bill. The lady in the store named Lima was absolutely amazing and I couldn't be happier with the customer service she provided. It was a laugh and all the information was provided by her was top notch. To anyone who goes to EE Market Harborough I recommend speaking with Lima.
