i went in looking for a good deal on the i phone 15 in pink and that is exactly what i got. Lima was really friendly and made our experience in the store really easy and simple. she also made us laugh which is a plus! especially when buying something i have no idea about :)

Went in today to get my girlfriend's contract upgrade and came out with an upgrade and an Xbox series S and cheaper WiFi bill. The lady in the store named Lima was absolutely amazing and I couldn't be happier with the customer service she provided. It was a laugh and all the information was provided by her was top notch. To anyone who goes to EE Market Harborough I recommend speaking with Lima.

Poor. Poor. Poor. Have just found out that a 'Free Phone' gifted as part of my contract sold to me by EE Market Harborough is actually costing me over £20 a month. Its a phone that I neither requested or wanted. I find it astounding that in Today's day and age underhand selling tactics are still being employed. Especially by the UKs largest mobile phone company! Not only will the free phone I didn't want cost me £500, but EE Market Harborough refuse to admit that they have done anything wrong. Upon speaking to EE customer service, they admitted that sadly these underhand mis-selling tactics are very common in store, but as franchises they are powerless to stop it. Hang your head in shame.

No service at all. Bought iPhone 12 for my daughter 9 months in phone would not turn on screen just black, rang the store asked can this be sorted today either with loan phone or replacement they said best they could do was send it away and it may be 2-4 weeks!We had to go to our nearest apple store which was at Leicester, after my daughter had worked a night shift and has another one this evening. You call this service, this is no service whatsoever all you are told is it?s company policy, never buy from here all ok until there?s a problem, you should be ashamed EE

Normally ,visiting a mobile phone shop (especially on a Saturday) fills me with dread.....not this time!Pleasant spacious surroundings...and staff that could not be more helpful or patient.These guys use their initiative, think outside the box to fix a problem, and are wizards at knowing their stuff.Top marks to this EE Team!
