What absolutely lovely staff! I came in yesterday to get some balloons and my baby got really hot as we’re currently having a heatwave. The staff helped me to cool him down and were so friendly in the process. I really appreciate it and thank you to you all!

Stood in shop waiting for wife , and watched some kids taking whatever they wanted , out of the shop. Nobody to stop them. Told assistant at the till..but what could she do ? It happens !!
