I went here on monday due to a tooth infection that was causing me extreme pain, i had been given antibiotics the day before, the ladies at reception were exceptional, isobelle made me feel very welcome and comfortable before the appointment, and gail reassured me after about the treatment i would be receiving and explained it in a way that helped me nerves a lot, lisa was also very lovely as well, couldn?t have had a better reception experience especially as i?m used to a colder welcome. Then my dentist anitta was also an angel, i wasn?t nervous with her at all she was so kind and talked me through what was going on and my option very clearly i?ve never felt so comfortable in a dentist appointment and her nurse imogen was also a darling too she was very sweet!!
I highly recommend and that?s coming from someone with very bad experiences at dentists in the past i?m not even nervous to go back! Thank you so much to everyone there that i met.

I have been on the list with Mr Kirk for many years and I have always been 100% satisfied with my treatment from him and the two hygienists throughout the years. I have never had any pain either during or after treatment. Even with root canal issues being dealt with. I wish he was around when I was a child.

A broken front tooth, fitted in for appointment the following day and repair completed very efficiently. There was no charge as still under guarantee from a previous treatment. Excellent service all round.

I?ve been going to bupa for only a couple months now and as a nervous person I tend to panic very quickly. All the staff at Bupa have been so calm and reassuring. I went for a tooth removal today absolutely petrified but Sonny and Lucy were amazing! They talked me through everything in steps, reassured me, helped to calm me down, played music to distract me and even let me borrow the stress relief tooth!I?d recommend this dentist to anyone for sure.

This Bupa dentist in Market Harborough is excellent for me. I live on a narrowboat, and this practice is conveniently located, within walking distance of the canal. After my tooth fell in half, I was pleasantly surprised to find this practice was taking on a small number of NHS patients. I was in luck!I was able to get an appointment quickly and despite the state of my tooth, my dentist Akash was able to save it. This dental practice is also sympathetic to nervous patients.I would have no problem recommending this Practice to others ?
