Outstanding Service from Georgia and Nina at Boots
Georgia and Nina are a fantastic team! They went above and beyond to repair my broken glasses?and now they?re even better than when they were new. Both were incredibly friendly, kind, and professional throughout. Their care and attention to detail truly take customer service to another level. Thank you both for your amazing help!

Absolutely shocking to be served by the pharmacist in such a highly regarded industry twice gave me the wrong prescription, no attention to detail and I would say completely unbotherd about his slack unprofessional approach. Think Boots as a group are generally in decline, but with this level of attitude and mistakes a fatality is waiting to happen.

I had an appointment booked for 9.00am, the optician arrived 5 mins late to open the shop.
I was asked to sit down for a couple of minutes by the receptionist, a few minutes later the optician came out and went to another room and proceeded to speak to someone on his mobile phone.
15 minutes later the receptionist offered a apology for the delay, I explained that the optician was rude and unprofessional and due to this I would not be staying for my appointment .
Very disappointed and would not be making any more appointments in Boots Market Harborough Optician

The pharmacist on Sunday 16th June 2024 has no 'bedside' manners.
Had no knowledge of the IT system, took a long time to deal with my request, prioritised a string of customers who arrived after me. Asked personal question in front of a shop full of people

The change of staff here are now extremely unhelpful, rude and every thing appears to be a chore for them.They appear not to be able to fulfil prescriptions and neither stock basic children?s medication. When asked for specific item for child the response was that they don?t really cater for children only their older customers! Try somewhere else. I certainly will and will not be surprised if this shop will close!

The staff on the counter have a serious attitude problem and need to make a conscious effort in how they compose themselves in front of customers.I came in today today to see if they have a certain product for my young child? it is important to know that this is not unusual item. When a member of staff enquired with their colleague on the till they pulled an exaggerated face to say that they didn?t know . This was rather rude and made me feel unwelcome.I was then told that this boots tends to only ?cover products for the elderly?.This is not a way to make your customers feel welcome? especially when they visit because they are concerned about their poorly child. There needs to be some empathy.I ended up getting this product online from another retailer? no wonder shops on the high street are disappearing.

Excellent chemistry and other products

Quite small, but it was very popular/busy and has a decent range of stock. I was able to get all but one thing I needed today. The young woman serving was cheerful, knowledgeable and very kind. [Unfortunately I ended up going on to another Chemist a couple of roads away afterwards to find the remaining item but found the staff there to be very different; horrible, unhelpful, unprofessional...] Lesson learned, I shall stick with Boots in the future!
