Disappointed the 30 day money back will not be honoured if you open the packing.Having bought a Wi-Fi extender, opened and tried but no improvement in my house.Returned the next day and informed the item had been used.

Rude staff in wrong jobI was helped by 2 staff to purchase a kettle, I wanted to see the kettle before purchase. The first gentleman was very helpful fetched the kettle and u-packed it , then left me soon as I paid without handing over the receipt. A lady then proceeded to pack the kettle but did not know how because she did not unpack it. She took offence when I told her the base is packed beneath the kettle, then took offence again when I told her she left out the cardboard that fits on top of the kettle for transit plus took offence when I told her she had left out the the protective cardboard ring between the kettle and base for transit. I was not offered a bag or the receipt and she just snubbed me after packing the kettle correctly. I was polite start to end. I left the store dis-satisfied!

It's very disappointing to close the normal Argos shop then open just a counter in Sainsbury's to click n collect. Just a waste of time n space honestly. I used to shop in Argos. Now I can't be bother ?. Too complicated. Before u could see your item then buy. Now time is wasted in ordering, then returning if not right. Giving 3 stars only for lovely n friendly staffs ?? always ready to help

review not specific to MH store per se but to online ordering... Real disappointed that spent weeks trying to order a particular item and impossible as always its case of not available for either delivery or collection.... Why offer stuff for sale when its not?A decent 3* though re made a last minute gift shop and all 3 items where not available for delivery but was for click and collect...Was really surprised that on ordering they where available to collect the very next day!! :)However they are held for 7 days and I planned to collect on day 7 as that's when would be in the area...All good, but did not appreciate that had since received several text msgs and e mails to remind me to collect by this date...And 4 x the day day before.. Really! ? ??This is not necessary, creates stress and spoils the experience..... Do respect and appreciate a reminder the day before but this felt like harassment and creates pressure too. I don't want my phone and Pc pinging with repeated msgs, thanks!Then I ordered another ( expensive ) much needed item that was actually available for home delivery... Great! And it was delivered 4 days later, however I could not plan for this as their website continually just showed ' being processed '...Understand was coming direct form manufacturer but do they not communicate and update order details...Obvs not!....I did not know my delivery was happening until a couple hrs before when received an email from a courier...Not good enough really as if could not have taken the delivery it would have been returned and cancelled...Oh, and then I guess like all these organisations now I will be harassed with msgs to leave feedback...Come on, this is not on...They want us to rate them on services that they should be providing for what we have paid for and expect a good standard anyways?? Happy to leave good reviews and do so if good service and more so if bad but pls, pls, pls...Stop the game of of pushing it, it diminishes respect, trust and values etc....

I often go in most of the staff our great but i was ignored by one member of staff they went hiding came back out and spoke to another shopper who stated she needed no help so i asked for help i was told to wait and she asked the same shopper if she was sure she did not help.

Waited patiently by the jewellery counter for the one server in the shop to serve me. Seemed happier to glance occasionally at me and then ignore me. After a while, I presume the manager, started serving and ignored me just as well as the other one. Disgusted with the so called customer service, another shop had my money instead.

We had 13 vouchers to be processed that involved each one needing to be entered individually. The vouchers were on phone and the signal was poor. Lucy who served us was brilliant, really patient and worked through the list whilst remaining cheerful. Not usually an Argos fan but excellent customer service.
