TOOLSTATION DO NOT HONOUR ANY WARRANTIES!!yet again an issue with a product purchased from toolstation (another Hawksmoor product) purchased in April a water pump. Used it twice, cleaned it before putting away each time and on the third time of use, it would not start, checked all possible issues fuses etc to no avail. Having previous issues surrounding warranties and thier failure to honour them I chose to request a refund,tried to return to Toolstation as it is faulty and they point blank refused, telling me to call Hawksmoor! FFS Hawksmoor is Toolstation's OWN brand of gardening tools!! Also stated that after it had been used it is non returnable!No offer of providing me with a telephone number for Hawksmoor, just stating all the time that my warranty is with Hawksmoor and not toolstation.I have previous experience of contacting both Toolstation Head office and trying to contact Haksmoor (but get told to call Core Service for a repair), so my only option as I see it is to commence legal action against Toolstation to recoup my money, as I do not want a repair, the item is 6 months old!!I have been and will be continuing to give my business to Screwfix who are excellent in customer service, and I have advised all my family, friends and collegues to do the same.

I am begging you as a resident of Leicester road to sort your own alarm system out! It goes off continuously however today was just ridiculous and woke the entire street at 4am with the most horrific alarms that did not stop through the early hours. The alarms are piercing and go through the entire house. What are you doing to prevent this. Lots of residents will be reporting you to the council. Surely you can sort this within the building? You are a tool station after all!

We to toolstation as they showed to have all of the items i needed "in stock" ( unlike their competitor).I was promptly greated upon arival & served by the branch manager who was extremely friendly & helpful.My order was waiting for me & i was on my way in no time.Top marks for Toolstation Lutterworth & in particular the manager ( Yvonne i believe her name was)..
