You cannot purchase fuel here until you go inside and pay upfront, if you pay for £20 fuel your pump will stop at £20, if you pay for more fuel than you get get into your tank you have to go back in for a refund.

Expensive for fuel. Pre-pay only. I wouldn't have stopped if I knew all this. If you can, find another fuel station with less faff.

The man in here is so friendly and helpful. I use them all the time after the Esso down the road made me lose all hope in humankind after dealing with the staff in there. Give these a go!

Stood waiting for my fuel to be released for a while, looked into store to find a staff member making hand gestures at me.Sent my passenger in to pre pay for the fuel, they refused to take her money?? ????Staff need investigation.Travelled 500 yards down the road to the esso fuel station and spent my £100 there. No problem here released my fuel immediately then went in and paidSort it out ????????

Keep meaning to give this place a review but the chap working this evening has made it impossible for me not too.It?s rare you go somewhere these days with genuinely brilliant customer service. This is one of them!The chap working this evening (21:15 Saturday 13th May) especially deserves a mention, top bloke, enthusiastic, friendly and helpful!Prices are very respectable too given the fact it?s a small town and they are obviously not affiliated with a supermarket.

Staff very polite but you have to pay for fuel before you fill which is a real pain.... shame they have had to resort to the with everyone for the few criminals that have taken advantage.

Came in to fill up my fuel, tried paying first, my card got declined on the first hand. The staff member who was there was horrible, did not say anything, he was very impolite, and refused to try my card again, and just decided to shut the window straight away which was extremely rude! Please notice this customer service and I will also going to escalate this matter to the head office.
