Had a new pair of glasses from the Lutterworth shop last week this morning one of the arm's broke off took them back to the shop the guy that served me got another frame from the display swapped the lenses 10 minutes later I was walking back to my car. Thank you very much.Bloody brilliant service there all young people that work there don't let that put you off there polite very helpful and above all they care.John Broome

My good lady required an eye test.. She is getting on a bit now (love u hun) lol as this was a local store to where we live we decided to give it a try rather than one of bigger stores as they were able to get an appointment in just a few days rather than a few weeks as with the larger Rugby store, oh boy was that not the Best decision we ever made the super friendly staff made us feel like a valued customer even though it was our first visit, the attentiveness is second to none, they even gave my missus a cup of tea as she was suffering from her perimenopausal symptoms, if you need a great opticians with a great range of glasses and super friendly and helpful staff I would certainly recommend this place well done all the work they're keep up the good work
