Went for jazz lunch , had a lovely time and meal I pre-ordered salmon with no shrimp/caper sauce as am allergic, but they did not action so had to wait while the other 5 ate there meals other than that had a lovely time.

Went for afternoon tea for a second time. First time was amazing, really enjoyed it. This time.. we were forgotten about and left waiting for 25 mins, they then forgot to come and take a drinks order for around 20mins, then we had to chase the drinks halfway through the meal as they still hadn't turned up. Had a long wait for meal, beef very fatty and chewy. Also not very warm in orangery restaurant,seated near window.
