I know they seemed to be short staffed sometimes which obviously can cause problems. Maybe, they get better paid jobs elsewhere and leave.
Especially with the extra work thrust onto them from the government.
But I've been using this pharmacy alot since my health change suddenly in the last couple years. I have found them very friendly and helpful. The lady in charge is very caring and has gone out of her way to help me. I've had texts that my prescription is ready. Some of these people complaining should try working there instead. ?

the pharmacist gave me the wrong medicine, instead of high blood pressure I got it for cholesterol. is it so hard to understand what I need and what I don't? I just wanted to say that I won't be back for the right pills because I can't. in a month I'll let the doctor know that I'm not taking the pills because I got the wrong ones. the complaint went to GPHC

On more than one occasion I have had to wait over 2 days for my prescription. I have had to go twice in the space of a week as they didn't give me my full order. No call to say its ready. Perhaps train the staff better. Terrible service

The chemist has now a new pharmacist since she?s taken over the chemist has improved tenfold my medication is always on time she is highly knowledgeable if ever I need information on new meds and so polite with a fabulous personality.Always a good morning from the rest of the team and always greeted by my name . Lazy unhelpful rude time waster staff!!!! Tried to return dad's medication after his passing lots of controlled medication and they refused to take because they don't have the space and to try and see if other pharmacies will take it!!! no you just can't be arsed!!! A disgraceful service

today rang the chemist several times just to have the phone put down on you.i stood in the chemist and i rang while i was in there .thay dont answer the phone.mistakes made short of tablets thay forgot to put in.i was told today go some ware else very rude. colection of my tabelts today some tablets missing.and this happened last time as well.gary smith
