Recently upgraded phone here as I couldn?t speak to anyone from Vodafone customer services who seemed to know what they were doing. Received top service from anll the staff and manager even stayed late to sort out a deal for me and a further billing issue which was appreciated . Highly recommend

Incredibly rude staff, who backtrack when they're in the wrong. Also extremely condescending. Was thinking of switching to Vodafone for a new phone contract, but I'll never use them after the experience I had.

Went to the Vodafone Loughborough store to sort a problem out with my phone and was served by Bhav the store manager and he was very helpful. Managed to get a better Sim Only deal then what I had before. Very professional and easy to deal with and will be visiting back when broadband ends with my current provider so I can switch to Vodafone as they have better price then what I pay now.

The service I received from this location was extremely poor. The service manager is the worst service personnel I have ever encountered in my whole life. He's very rude, arrogant and highly unprofessional. I had an issue with excess charges, he complicated it further with his unruly behaviour. He has this terrible idea that he is doing the customer a favour by simply doing what he was hired to do. He is grossly incompetent and lacks empathy.

I was at the store with my husband and our Son. Doubting if i should buy a phone with Vodafone or another operator suddenly Cristian came to us talked with my husband and showed us different phones and options in which my husband finally bought iPhone 13 max and subscribed à plan for me as a birthday present.
