“Had an issue with an online order ( sent a reproduction copy of an N64 game) and could not really get anywhere with the online help. As it was a gift it has taken me some months to get ahold of it again and go in to try and sort. The staff were so helpful and sorted it all out in less then 10 mins. Considering the time of year as well. I'd like to say a bit thank you for the staff working today and helping me with that and if there's a way I can shout you out to your store manager/district manager for recognition let me know!”
