Iv been in a just booked my first family holiday and I can not recommend them enough Yara looked after me and took so much time and gave me her honest opinion in were to go for the children and made sure I was 100 percent happy I couldn?t recommend her enough she was amazing and what she did for me

We would like to thank Jo for sorting out a booking for us for a Canadian tour. My brother and I visited on Friday and explained our wish to travel together but have separate rooms. This had proved impossible to book online. She had sorted it out by Saturday and we have booked. Very friendly and professional service. Thank you Jo!

YARA was amazing, she helped me book a holiday of a lifetime, something I thought wasn?t going to be possible because of limitations with my husband needing assistance but yara reassured me so much that we have booked our cruise.In fact all of the staff in the shop were so lovely and helpful. TUI is our go to travel agent & we always have a positive visit. For a while we have seen Teigan who is amazing at knowing just what we want before we do. Last week we met Mollie who was being supported by Teigan when we arrived. Mollie being new to the role was surprisingly knowledgeable around the many screens that they navigate. She has corresponded with me via email and after her hard work while I wasn?t there, we?ve chose & booked a holiday. Can?t say any more as it?s a surprise holiday, but now I feel confident that when I go to the agents I now have 2 lovely members of staff that know what holiday we like. That is what keeps us going to the store. Didn?t realize that we could of left feed back before otherwise Teigan would of received some. So, Thankyou to Teigan for her past dedication and Thankyou to Mollie for sorting this holiday out & well done after only a month. Long may they both continue at Loughborough.

Tiagan booked our holiday for us and the whole process was so easy and quick, she was really helpful and kind. The holiday was amazing and the TUI staff at the hotel couldn't do enough for us. I would definitely recommend the TUI store and the staff that work there.
