Service at this Loughborough store has deteriorated and its a bit hit and miss. If returning something, check the sale tag is on your purchase or you'll have difficulty returning it and you could be made to feel like you're shoplifting.

Great place to shop, big thanks to Neil! My wife left her phone in the store, luckily it was found by a member of staff (Neil) and we were able to get it back just after closing time, very helpful.

Visited loughborough TK Maxx yesterday 3rd August, I was asked to produce an Identification card for alcohol free beverage which had an " Alcohol Free" label in bold letters plus a sticker stating that "not to be sold to persons under the age of 18".... I am 42 years of age and I do not look 17 and the person attending to me could clearly see that but chose to insist on me producing identification!!!

Good selection of products. It can be a little difficult to find the things you want as items come and go quickly but great place to look for gifts, stationary, accessories and others.
