Excellent experience. The manager (he seems to be known as 'Fatboy') at Timpson on Churchgate, Loughborough, changed 2 watch batteries for me, and serviced the waterproofing on one of them. Great job, plus lifetime guarantees. Very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

Ste is amazing, upon arriving at the store, he was cheerful, charming, confident and full of smiles. He replaced my car key at a fraction of the price having previously being quoted £175 by Vauxhall!! The job was completed in 10 minutes and works perfectly. Couldn't have wished for a better service.

I've only used timpson once and I had a lovely experience. Needed a key cutting. First key wasn't quite right but then the lady corrected it. Just recommended this place to a friend last week.
