VERY, HELPFUL. LAURA WAS VERY PATIENT LISTENED TO ALL OUR PROBLEMS ONE WHICH EVEN QN IT TECH COULDNT HELP WITH. Zeke helped with roaming which is going to let me use the phone in Tenerife. Great shop.

DO NOT GO WITH THREE !! I was put in a fixed contract and they kept putting my prices
Up and adding extra charges to my bill , then wanted £400 for me to cancel.
I?m on disability money and struggling and they didn?t care. I?m ment to get discounted wifi like other broadbands offer but they said I couldn?t .
Customer support and the shop was useless didn?t want to help you and didn?t care about your struggles.
All they want is your money!! This WiFi company should be ashamed of themselves.

All 3 ladies working on Saturday 18th Jan were amazing! All super helpful and friendly and even interacting with the kids! I?ve just moved from EE to THREE and i got a much better deal and much better customer service! Vessy dealt with finding me a phone and plan with a price that was comfortable

Visited the Loughborough store and I had the best experience ever. The advisors were really sweet and friendly, as well as knowledgeable and answered any questions I had in a patient manner. They made me feel welcomed from the moment I stepped through the door and kept that friendliness to the very end. Would definitely go back if I ever need to.

I bought a new plan from three. They moved my existing credit to the new plan, leaving me with no means of calling them to initialize my new plan. Very thoughtful....NOT!! I'm being generous with 2 stars. I'm in hospital with no means of transport to physically go to a three shop, nor have I got another phone. I'm very disgruntled with three.

Best service I have received for a long time. The most helpful and knowledgeable person. Caitlin at the Loughborough shop sorted my faulty sim and upgraded my contract for twice the amount of data at a lower cost per month.
